Terms of Use: Designs can be used to create finished products (Shirts, cups, Bags, decals, stickers etc). Designs can also be sold as transfers (REQUIRES LICENSE)- POD REQUIRES A LICENSE ***YOU MAY NOT RESELL DESIGNS AS A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OR ALTER THEM/USE THEM IN ANY DESIGNS OF YOUR OWN! - Only exception is SINGLE COLOR designs maybe be changed to another SINGLE color* You MAY use a design on a tumbler with a pattern under it. 

No Returns for Digital file purchases.

- Checking out means you are AGREEING to my TURN AROUND TIME ON ORDERS:

** READY TO SHIP (1-3 Business Days)

** OPEN SHOP/WHOLESALE (5-15 BUSINESS DAYS)

- No refund, unless it is an error that I made, which I will then take full responsibility for. 

- Tye Dye items are completely unique because of the ice splitting process. No single item will ever be identical (which makes it a custom piece EVERY time)

- Once an item is shipped, it is out of my hands and in the hands of the POSTAL carrier.
