MYMARK Digitals – Terms & Conditions

Thanks so much for shopping with MYMARK Digitals! Please review the terms below before purchasing. Buying or downloading any file means you agree to these guidelines.

What You Can Do ✔️

  • Use our PNG files on physical finished products like shirts, tumblers, hats, drinkware, etc.

  • Resize designs to fit your product.

  • Change the color of single-color designs.

  • Combine MYMARK Digitals files only to create finished physical items.

  • Add names or personalization to finished products.

  • Sell finished products you personally make using the designs.

What You CAN NOT Do 🚫

  • Share, resell, trade, or give away files in any digital form.

  • Use finished designs in digital products for resale including clipart, PNGs, bundles, or monthly drives.

  • Upload files to shared drives, dump groups, or cloud folders.

  • Copy or recreate MYMARK Digitals’ finished designs.

  • Claim our artwork as your own.

Printing & Licensing

A commercial license is required if you plan to sell:

  • Transfers (DTF, screen print, sublimation, UV DTF)

  • Stickers, decals, vinyl, fabric, blankets, patches, waterslides

  • Wholesale or bulk products

One license = one business.

Licenses cannot be shared or transferred.

Seamless Files

  • Seamless files are for finished physical products only. (If sending OVERSEAS or using on a POD site ... example, sending a file to have blankets printed ... you MUST purchase a license)

  • They MAY be used to create ALPHA sets.

Mockups & Social Media

  • Mockups must include a visible “DO NOT COPY” watermark.

  • Posting files in request or dump groups is not allowed.

Monthly Drives

  • Files may not be shared or distributed to anyone but yourself. 

  • One drive may not be used for multiple businesses (VAs may not USE for their own business)

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

If there’s an issue with a file, please reach out — I am happy to help and aware I make mistakes!

Violations

Failure to follow these terms may result in revoked access, license termination, and removal from future purchases. No refunds will be issued for violations.
