CUSTOM DESIGN ORDER

HOW IT WORKS

-Purchase your custom spot.

- PLEASE NOTE - you need to choose EXCLUSIVE if you do not want anyone else to be able to purchase. Basic customs will go onto the website for everyone to purchase as well. (If your custom is SUPER SPECIFIC, with names, a high school name, etc... you need to choose EXCLUSIVE or I will refund your order)

-Use an email that you have access to to purchase your custom spot.

-Once purchased, you will receive an email from me so we can figure out your idea, vibe and what you are looking for. Your custom must be something you have in mind, an idea you want created. Please don't purchase a custom and simple say "VACATION" for example. 

-If after reading the full description of this listing, you still have questions, you can send me an email to shop.mymarkdesigns@gmail.com.

MORE INFORMATION

-Once I start on your custom, you will need to be available to communicate with me regularly until your custom is completed.

-Payment is due upfront, in full, to reserve your spot.

-I have the right to refuse a custom if we can't meet eye to eye on your design. If this happens, you will be fully refunded immediately. 

USER AGREEMENT

-You may not claim the design as your own. 

-You may not sell any designs as digital files. They can only be used on physical products. 

-You may not make any alterations to the design. 

ELEMENTS IN THE DESIGNS

- The elements of your design are not exclusive to you. They are exclusive to MYMARK designs and may be used in other designs of mine.
